Magnolia
Unlike many of my other projects this home, in the Magnolia neighborhood, was constructed on a relatively flat lot. Perched high, the home was designed to take advantage of the wonderful quality of light and the territorial views of the surrounding neighborhood. As always, natural light was a priority and most of the rooms have floor to ceiling glass and a great visual connection to the surrounding environment.
