This is a great space to write long text about your company and your services. You can use this space to go into a little more detail about your company. With a very limited budget to work with, this home was a wonderful exercise in ‘necessity’ or determining the real needs of a client and of a home. The floors are the OSB sub-floors, sanded, with a clear Swedish finish. A single sheet of ¼” bronze was used to attach a pair of Ikea butcher-block tables together resulting in a generous and functional kitchen island. On the main level, the ceiling joists were left exposed giving the room a very warm, loft-like feel.
The exterior is a combination of composition roofing shingles and a rain-screen of rough-sawn cedar planks. Natural light is always a priority and the gazing is generous. The windows are concentrated on the east facade overlooking the city of Seattle and morning sun.
